There are a few toons that have never been finished in the Homestar Runner body of work, or have never been released. There are a variety of reasons these toons were abandoned, some were simply forgotten about, some were cancelled in favor of other projects, and still others were cancelled for no discernible reason.
List
- Homestar Runner Goes For The Gold! — A planned sequel to the original book that was never written. A completed version was eventually released.
- Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True — An unfinished toon included in strongbad_email.exe Disc One. Homestar Runner hits his head and believes he is a minstrel, so the other characters try to turn him back to normal.
- Sing Along — An unfinished sing-along with Homestar Runner and Strong Bad.
- Needlepoint — A seemingly unfinished small cartoon of Homestar and Strong Bad on a sewn picture, possibly a reference to the needlepoint in property of ones. A similar scene briefly appears in From the Vault.
- "Those Darn Cousins" — An unfinished toon shown in Why Come Only One Girl?. Homestar's cousins, Preshy and Rafferty, torture him when they're alone and act like angels when others are around.
- Eggs — An unfinished Easter 2001 special starring Easter eggs resembling Homestar, Strong Bad, Marzipan, and Pom Pom.
- Soap Box Doiby — An unfinished cartoon that never made it past the writing stage. It follows the older format of toons which involve Homestar entering some kind of contest.
