Much like Strong Bad became the unplanned "star" of the Homestar Runner website, so has Eh! Steve become the scene-stealer of Sweet Cuppin' Cakes. His name is also his catchphrase, and The Wheelchair is his arch-rival, for reasons that aren't quite clear.
He is depicted in a drawing wearing a tuxedo by artist Lem Sportsinterviews under the title Eh. Steven., as seen in the email different town.
