This has been refactored: Before his appearance on Main Page 22, there was a little debate as to how to categorize Monte. Now he is a character, rather than an "inside joke".
- Could he be related to Biscuit Dough Hands Man? They...have similar hair!
- Alright, this is ridiculous. How can this guy be a character? He's a friggin' drawing! He doesn't interact at all! -Clever Ben
