Since the introduction of Trogdor in the email dragon, beefy arms have become a prominent form of cartoonish exaggeration in the Homestar Runner body of work. Besides their use in most Trogdor-related content, they also appear on various logos.

• Email dragon — The S is for Sucks Dragon is drawn with beefy arms and legs. While Strong Bad is almost finished drawing Trogdor, he decides to add a beefy arm from the first drawing.
• Email marzipan (Easter egg) — A man in the Powered by The Cheat music video of Marzipan's song has a beefy arm.
• Email local news — The logo of the Strong Badian news station, Strong Badia Action Cool News 5, features a beefy arm.
• Email part-time job — Strong Bad draws a picture of himself with a beefy arm.
