It's driving me nuts. Which cartoon is this from? I've seen it but can't remember. I believe it's at the end of one; the Cheat and Homestar are together, and Homestar is singing while the Cheat plays in a rare moment of comraderie.

You're right and wrong at the same time - it's from labor day. There's also a puppet short that includes it with Homestar and Teh C. performing it, but that's not actually where it originated.
