Many times when a character uses a noun and a verb together in quick succession, they use a hyphen to connect the words together.

Appearances

  • Email business trip — When Homestar Runner trades The King of Town to cans of pork b/w beans, a confused Strong Bad exclaims "What the sense-make?"
  • Email environment — Strong Bad twice attempts to tell the senders of the email what his "boat-takes", but is cut off at both occasions.
  • Dev Blog — In the June 4th, 2008 entry, Strong Bad thinks that video games would be marketed better if they had "GRAPHICS-HAVE" printed on the box.
  • Email your edge — Strong Bad and The Cheat surround themselves with an "arsenal of edge-haver-y."
  • Strong Badia the Free — Somebody mentions "food-make"
  • Coach Z's 110% — The instructional video is free with "proof of VCR-have."
  • Email imaginary — Strong Bad says that his "brothers are galactically incapable of friend-have."
