Witches' Brew is a phrase that Homestar Runner happens to say a lot. Especially in Pumpkin Carve-nival. It also seems to be some unknown cold hot fresh concoction. It may cause the side effects of wine, women, and SARS, but is drinkable, at least by the The Cheat.
