The owner of the company that makes Fluffy Puff Air-Puffed Sugar Delights.
It is unclear who his modern counterpart may be. It could be the owner of Galoob. He could also be Homsar, since he is wearing his trademark hat. It is possible that the Bossman was an early idea for a Old-Timey King of Town (the characters share the same eyes, mustache, "leadership" role, and paunch); however, Matt Chapman indicated that the Kaiser is the current Old-Timey KoT in the Club Aquatica Interview on 29 Oct 2003. Until he is shown in a more discriptive role, it is quite impossible to say for certain just who The Bossman is.
