Hello, and welcome to The Homestar Runner Wiki! This is the best place, as you've probably noticed, to learn about anything and everything Homestar Runner. There are a couple of things you should read up on before you really start jumping in and editing -

Creating an online signature
Hi, Ampi. You asked how to create a signature. What you can do first is look at these pages ([1], [2], and [3]) for some ideas/examples. Next, click on this link: User:Ampi/sig2 and make your custom siggy. Feel free to use some of the code from other users as long as you don't copy directly off someone else. After you create your sig, head over to "preferences" and where it says Your nickname (for signatures), put {{User:Ampi/sig2}} in the box and click "Save Preferences". From then on, you can use your sig by using the button

- Hey Ampi. It's also important in your preferences to make sure that "Raw signatures (without automatic link)" is checked. Also, you can hit "Show preview" to test the look of your sig as you're editing it without creating a new entry in the Recent changes — It's dot com 02:36, 28 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Which sig?
Hey Ampi. I fixed {{User:Ampi/sig}} so that it doesn't crash my browser when I try to load it. I also see that you have a signature at {{User:Ampi/sig2}}. Which one do you want to use? The other needs to be deleted. — It's dot com 22:50, 14 Sep 2005 (UTC)
- You can delete {{User:Ampi/sig}}. I only created the second one because I needed to change something on it. So I created a second one.--~~Ampi~~meowarchives 23:35, 14 Sep 2005 (UTC)
- Done. (By FireBird, actually.) Something went wrong when you voted in STUFF earlier today. You may need to change your preferences so that it reads "/sig2" after your name. — It's dot com 00:02, 15 Sep 2005 (UTC)
