I am Kamek. I have a wide variety of interests, mostly centering around video games. I currently make mods and maps for the Unreal Engine game Postal 2. I also created various miscellaneous Visual Basic programs such as Chibot Ultra Battle, KMazer for The Sims Online (now obsolete since maze was canned by Maxis), and various helper applications for the White Mask game NetMonster.
I was first introduced to Homestar Runner through Strong Bad Email #45, techno, which was relevant to my current obsession with Dance Dance Revolution.
I've placed several references to Homestar Runner within my maps and mods for Postal 2. Coach Z and Strong Bad are playable characters in my mod, and some of my maps contain Trogdor and StrongBadZone arcade machines.
Homestar Runner stuff I made for Postal 2
Coach Z Here's a screenshot of Coach Z. The easiest way for me to implement a custom character into Postal 2 was to simply re-skin the existing human characters, due to Postal 2's complicated hitbox programming. As a result, Coach Z doesn't have his "clown feet", but I think I did a pretty good job on his bling bling.
Strong Bad and Trogdor Game For Strong Bad, I took Gary Coleman's skeleton and put a Strong Bad-ish skin on it. I didn't have very many options here, so his in-game representation is totally bastardized... he doesn't even have any boxing gloves! Hopefully, I can at least get somebody to do me some boxing gloves in 3dsmax or maya or something so I can put them in the game. I think I did a pretty good job on the head, though.
The Trogdor machine is really cool, because you can kick it to make it say Trogdor, just like the actual machine.
Another view of the Trogdor Game. This one was updated to include the texts "Stomp peasants to achieve burnination" and "Watch out for knights and archers".
The StrongBadZone cabinet. The text on the overlay reads "Try to hit Strong Bad's big head" and "Use joystick to move and shield". If you approach the machine during play, it advises you to "Back off, baby!"
