The Flash Store was the Flash-based marketplace on Homestarrunner.com where visitors could browse Homestar merchandise. The actual purchases were handled through a Yahoo storefront. The "store" links of the HSR site now direct users directly to the redesigned Yahoo Store.

- When up, clicking "Back" always took you to Main Page 5.
- From left to right, the T-shirts play the notes A, B, C-sharp, D-sharp, F-sharp, G-sharp, A-sharp, C, C-sharp, a flat D-sharp , E, F, G-sharp, and A-sharp. You play songs by moving your mouse over shirts.
- If your computer happens to not be able to handle redirects (such as when JavaScript is disabled), you can see that the title of the Flash Store's old page is "R.I.P. Old Flash Store."
