Retromaniac, I deleted a page just like this article, made by you twice, then it was voted upon for deletion and deleted again. Here is the archived deletion discussion:
I don't believe that "Hip Hop" warrants a page to itself. It could be a paragraph or even a subsection of Coach Z, but not an article. — Lapper (talk) 23:10, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

- I concur that this does not have a place as an article. I think that it could be merged with Coach Z, or we could merge it with Heavy Metal (and any other applicable articles) to make an article about "Musical Genres" or something like that. Heimstern Läufer

Giving a page a different name, changing the general content and wording, and recreating it three months after it was originally deleted does not change the situation. However, we can have another vote for deletion. — Lapper (talk) 23:12, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
