Capitalization

Okay. I've seen a few different instances of capitalization here, and its either used as "Whatsit" or "whatsit." I just had someone correct my capitalization, although I see many other instances of it in this article and others. Should it remain capitalized or un-capitalized? ♥ _tee^eff_oh! 22:12, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

These sentences:

In narrator, Strong Bad makes a preview for a movie called "Whatsit All About?", which features The Poopsmith with his pile of whatsit.

A picture of Whatsit also appears on the final page of the book in pop-up.

Whatsit/Crap

Why can't they just cal "whatsit" "Crap"?It had a picture of whatsit in pop-up but instead, Strong bad said "Crap Flap" instead of "Whatsit Flap". Can they decide on a name for Whatsit/Crap some time this century?--Gir007 01:40, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

They used "crap flap" in pop-up because it rhymed, like "ab tab" and "flab tab". Other than that, most of the time, Whatsit is the item, while Crap is just an interjection. --Jay (Gobble) 01:50, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

Name?

I was going to do The Poopsmith's Whatsit as a page but then i found this one. But all of the examples of whatsit on the page "belong" to the Poopsmith, so maybe we could change the page's name? --Acam30 00:09, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
