Papa Cardgage's Puddin' Patch

Papa Cardgage's Puddin' Patch is a 24-hour daycare that seems to be run by Senor Cardgage. The building is a concrete restroom in the middle of a barren landscape, surrounded by barbed wire, with cartoon images painted on the walls, including a Winnie the Pooh-esque The Cheat. In front of the building, within the barbed wire fence, there is a children's toy similar to a Big Wheel, as well as a crime scene outline of a body on the ground.
