I was under the impression that Running Gags needed three appearances to be considered Running Gags. This has only happened twice. I say scrap it. The Wheelchair 00:38, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Even if there was a third (which there is arguably, given that it happens twice in the same toon), it seems to me just to be TBC providing vocal background music instead of instrumental. Hey... Pssst... Not to alarm you or anything, but I think TBC sing most of the songs in this site... Ok, for reals, I understand that this is about background music, and not singing actual lyrics.
