It has been suggested that the content of the page this talk page accompanies should not be a separate article on the wiki.

  • Please discuss below whether the content of the page should have its own article. Remember to consider ways the content could be brought up to the wiki's standards before making this determination.

If it is decided that the content should not have its own article, then the following additional issues need to be addressed:

  • Whether to merge the content with another page or remove it entirely.
  • Whether to redirect the leftover page or delete it outright.

Not unique

Gum has been mentioned a few times, but not really in a way that's unique or interesting, the notable exception being record book. Aside from there, this would just be a laundry list of appearances. Really not worth it. — Defender1031*Talk 20:23, 23 February 2013 (UTC)

Agree, unless someone can add more instances that are notable. Make like Singapore and ban gum (by deleting it)! Heimstern Läufer 00:50, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
I went through the trouble of finding mentions of gum, and actually improving this article. And at least half of the references I could find are unusual. So keep. RickTommy (edits) 04:10, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
With RickTommy's edit, I'm left kind of in favor. Some of the mentions aren't unusual, but there are enough unusual ones to keep the page. --Jay (Gobble) 10:32, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
