- Email current status — Either Coach B or Zubs references Ronald McDonald after comparing Coach Z's feet to "clown feet".
- TROGDOR! — Sometimes, when Trogdor gets "Arrowed", Strong Bad responds, "Stupid Arch Deluxe."
- 3 Times Halloween Funjob — The King of Town dresses as the Hamburglar.
- TMBG Concert - 25 Sep 2004 — Homestar sings that he likes to hang out with the Fry Guys.
- Email best thing — Strong Bad claims that if not for his "The Cheat-like reflexes", the failed pilot episode of Limozeen: But They're In Space! would be "as lost as four-armed Grimace".
- Email secret identity (DVD commentary) — Homestar says that he might have made The Poopsmith a McRib.
- Quote of the Week — The September 13, 2007 quote mentions McFlurries.
- SBCG4AP Dev Blog — Abbreviation Ovrld! mentions Bubs capturing Grimace.
- Compy Catalog — The name "Compé" reflects a then-recent McDonald's ad campaign for its McCafé. In the ads, every noun is accented like the word "café".
- Doomy Tales of the Macabre — The King of Town combines McDonald's and Arby's (another resturant), resulting in "McArby", since he thought the toon was about "tales of the McArby".
- In one of the Easter eggs at the end, Homestar Runner mistakes Marzipan for an "off-duty Ronald McDonald".
