The Shareholders own the company where Homestar and Strong Bad work. They are seen in Biz Cas Fri 2; Homestar has an appointment with them and cannot make it. Strong Bad fills in and explains his own idea in the hopes of saving the company millions, but the shareholders refuse to listen as they are more concerned about the company's earnings. Strong Bad is clueless about the earnings, and the shareholders cut his appointment short and complain about his incompetence. Interestingly, these shareholding big-wigs seem to throw shoes at anyone who attempts to spell out words, regardless of the context.
According to Biz Cas Fri 2 commentary, the left shareholder is played by Mike Chapman, while the right one is played by Ryan Sterritt.
