Neuconsin is an Old-Timey place where Fluffy Puff Air-Puffed Sugar Delights are hand-puffed with only the finest airs. Only mentioned in Mr. Shmallow, it is a take-off on Wisconsin. Based on Coach Z's accent, it is likely he came from there.
