Maybe this should be moved to HSR.com updates, since asterisks in URLs are ugly. - furrykef 17:38, 11 Oct 2004 (MST)
- H*R seems to be the standard abbreviation you see around the net when referring to Homestar Runner. I don't really care what the URL looks like, frankly. I say to leave it as is. Render
- I kind of agree with Render. "HSR.com" doesn't mean anything to me; I think it's confusing. Note that you can still type "H*R.com updates" into your Address bar and you'll still get to the correct page, even though the browser will encode your URL. — InterruptorJones[[]]
- I've never used the "HSR" abbreviation. Who uses that anyway? And since we're talking about typing stuff in address bars, here's a fun fact: typing "Homestar Runner updates" into Google's "I'm feeling lucky" search (or just typing it into Firefox's location bar) will land you on our Main Page. -- Tom 12:03, 12 Oct 2004 (MST)

- We could change it to "Official Site Updates". Would that remedy the confusion between abbreviations? --JoeyDay 12:29, 12 Oct 2004 (MST)
- Just make a redirect or something, like the one for my profile (which will link you to my Wikipedia profile). There's no reason that there shouldn't be a redirect. In fact, I think I'll go do one right now, save people some time.

- And for the record, I use the "HSR" abbreviation. Both are acceptable abbreviations from what I can tell; whichever one you use is entirely up to personal preference. I just happen to prefer "HSR" since I think the asterisk looks kinda funky used in an abbreviation like that. Shadow Hog 15:07, 12 Oct 2004 (MST)

Could we get an RSS feed for this page like the one in recent changes? That would be very handy :)
