"Peow" is an onomatopoeia frequently used in the Homestar Runner universe to describe the noise of a character running off the screen. This is most commonly used by Homestar Runner.

- No Hands on Deck! — Twice said by Homestar as he rushes to build a deck.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 16.2 — Said by Homestar after he mistakes Strong Sad for Marzipan.
- April Fool 2014 — Said by Homestar as he rushes off to update the Hairstyle Runner gallery.
- I Killed Pom Pom — Said by Homestar as he runs to get witnesses for his alibi.
- The Homestar Runner Enters The Spooky Woods — Homestar says, "We'd better peow outta here" when he realizes that no one is in costume, then everyone says "peow" at once as they abruptly leave the scene.
