Strong Bad Desktop Theme
From Homestar Runner Wiki
The Strong Bad Desktop Theme is a desktop theme for Windows 98 and Windows ME. It was available for download on homestarrunner.com's original downloads menu, but the link was removed around the time that the current downloads menu was put up. However, an updated version is downloadable through April Fools' 2014 which adds an alternate Windows Start sound. The original version can still be obtained via the original URL (which is now a secret page).
