[edit] The Dark Knight
Should we note that this email was publicly released the same year as The Dark Knight (this year's other comic movies don't seem as noteworthy) or is it just a coincidence? BBG 22:27, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- Just a coincidence, if that - releasing a Strong Bad e-mail deriding something in the same year as something vaguely related also happening isn't really noteworthy. If had been released last year, you could say it's the same year as Spider-Man 3. Next year, and you have The Watchmen. It's just a satire on the ridiculous number of comic-book related movies that seem to be coming out of late. --Belthazar 11:05, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Floppy Disk
Can anyone tell what the game in the Floppy Disk container is? Homestar-Winner (talk) 16:52, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Video game version
We seem to be missing something that refers the fact that some movies based on comic book superheroes are always adapted into video games. Y'know, like Spider-Man games. --66.82.162.21 23:08, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
- Looks like you're saying that some video games based on just released films are always being made, yes? Someone oughta put that in the Explanations or Real-World References section or something. --69.19.14.23 00:22, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
[edit] "No Actor is Gonna Let You Pull a Mask Over Their Beautiful Face"
Is it a reference to the portrayal of Venom in Spider-Man 3? Or does his mask always disappear whenever he talks? BBG 22:37, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- I haven't seen Spiderman 3, but it seems like a general phenomenon. -128.103.10.17 22:39, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- I always put it in as another X-Men reference (Wolverine especially). Spider-Man 3 might be too recent (most of the films referenced are in the '03-'04 range). --DorianGray 23:01, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- I thought Hugh Jackman had no mask because Wolverine was not drawn with one at the time.
BBG 23:02, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- If it's anything specific, it's the judge dredd ref. -128.103.10.17 23:19, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

- Don't forget Spidey, who has to have his mask mostly ripped off in each of his films. (The)trlkly 02:55, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Date released
When was this released? Wolf O'Donnel 03:26, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- When strongbad_email.exe Disc Six was released, which was November 24, 2008. Lira (talk) 03:50, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
[edit] Peace Out Clan
I thought you could click on "Peace Out Clan" and something for the "Peace Out Clan" would pop up. Wolf O'Donnel 01:02, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
