I see "Copyright © 2005 Giant Magazine." at the bottom of these interviews. Did someone get permission to reprint? -- Tom 03:56, 9 Jun 2005 (UTC)

A few days prior to the creation of this article here, I emailed the editors of said magazine. Initially, I received an automated message stating that my submission had been received and subsequently I was sent a brief email from "Customer Services" (although I had requested to talk to an editor) stating that my placing of the complete article on a public website such as a wiki was permissible provided: a) A link to the original article would be included [one that contains Giant's Magazine advertisements/banners, i.e., non-third party] and that b) Giant Magazine and the journalist Ben Goldstein would be acknowledged (and due credit given) prior to the interview text copied here. Hopefully I went through the proper channels for permission. —THE PAPER PREEEOW 04:17, 9 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Yup, that's exactly correct. The two things that could have been done differently would be to get a specific date to add to the title of the article (or at least a month), and to post an exact transcript of their email to you. Thanks for finding the new one though, this section is starting to look really clean and spiffy. Thunderbird 07:08, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Thanks, Thunderbird. I now know this vital information (obtain specific date and email transcription) for the next time I am in such a situation. I never thought to ask when the interview took place. We can deduce based on what the brothers said that this took place prior to the release of Stinkoman 20X6. 50K Racewalker was mentioned in the interview so that indicates the interview occurred sometime after its January 14th release but prior to March 21st when Stinkoman came out. Therefore, I concluded that the use of "early 2005" was applicable here. February would be my best educated guess. —THE PAPER PREEEOW 18:03, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "Home Star"?

Is there any reason why Homestar's name is constantly misspelled? It's very annoying, when I'm trying to read this. --DumDe 00:37, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
Uhh, nevermind. Just read the remarks section... --DumDe 01:01, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
