[edit] Inclusion?

I'm thinking that at least until it appears in another Marzi's Answering Machine, the XL800 article should be removed and its content worked into the XL8 article as a variation. Perhaps we might even make just one page--Marzipan's Answering Machines--and have it include all of those seen thus far. While this may sound similar to removing all of Strong Bad's computers' individual pages, I'd say that their much more frequent appearances warrant their own pages. (By my estimate, even the Tandy has made about three times as many separate toon appearances as all of the answering machines combined.) --Onamuji (b/w T. C.  ) 16:19, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Two phones, two pages. That's how it goes. --Jellote wuz here 16:30, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
As a separate item that is integral to the plot of a toon, i say it fits inclusion guidelines for having its own page. — Defender1031*Talk 16:31, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
There's probably no need for a whole page of the three machines. I did just a gallery of them to the main article, though. As far as this page goes, they gave it a separate number, so it's a separate machine, and it should be a separate article. — It's dot com 16:33, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
A question, then: what determines a stub? If the consensus is that the XL800 merits its own page--it appears to be so, and I'm starting to be convinced--then a page containing all pertinent information about the topic (i.e., this one) should not qualify as a stub, regardless of actual length.--Onamuji (b/w T. C.  ) 17:20, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
A stub implies that there is additional information pending. However, sometimes there isn't much information (e.g. Carrot and Kazoo Hill), so all that is left is a short article. I'll remove the stub. wbwolf (t | ed) 17:32, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

[edit] capitalization

this page should be moved to PhoneTime XL800; that's what it says on the machine --71.233.175.90 21:01, 23 February 2023 (UTC)

Done. Thanks for catching this. The Knights Who Say Ni 02:36, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
