There's a phraseology problem here. AFAIK, logos and titles cannot be copyrighted, but they can be trademarked. This should probably focus on trademark more than copyright, though in rare situations copyright may apply. - Qermaq - (T/C) Image:Qermaqsigpic.png 04:46, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

I am not a lawyer, but I took the text for this template from Wikipedia. I believe it's purposely ambigious, but I could be wrong. And I'm pretty sure Wikipedia has people that look into this kind of thing. -- Tom 06:45, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
