I don't think that there would be any need for this page. None of the times someone says that something has half the chance of something are references to another time someone said it. That's why Jay made this page in his user space instead of the article space. He's going ahead and developing what he thinks might be a pattern and is keeping it on the back burner in case it can be developed into a full-fledged running gag later.
