For example, in long pants, Homestar insists that he is wearing long pants, but in the monument Easter egg, he says he is getting ready to put on pants, but is distracted by the Thnikkaman.
In Pom Pom's characters video, Homestar says that Pom Pom has helped him out of some tight jams. And some tight pants, but that only happened once. This means that at some time in his life, Homestar did wear pants. Obviously the experience didn't go very well.
