Dogs appear many times throughout the Homestar Runner universe.

Isle of Pom - It mentions Pom Pom's dog, Triva Time.
Homestarloween Party - Marzipan's part of the story includes one of the girls having a pet dog.
Email crying - Strong Bad shows evreyone his picture of "Lil' Brudder", a one legged puppy.
Senorial Day - Senor Cardgage calls the Wagon Fulla Pancakes a dog.
A Folky Tale - Saddy Dumpington tells they mayor that "Sometimes dogs get so hungry, they eat their own tails."
Peasant's Quest - If you type "look painting" in the inn, the game will say "It's a painting of dogs playing 'Magic: The Nerdening.'"
Email army - Homestar Runner asks his ary if they're tierd of "playing second banana to a two-bit wrestel man and his yello dog?"
Duck Guardian One - Some robot dogs appear during the game.
Email for kids - When Strong Bad yells at the children in the audiance, he threatens to kill all their dogs.
Marzipan's Character Video - Marzipan says she likes baby animals, like cats and dogs, but hates to see them in the same room together.
