I don't think this is really significant enough for an article. The only really substantial examples are the [[pom pom]] and [[Summer Short Shorts]] examples; the others are just brief cameos and, in one case, a mention by TBC. Two significant examples don't seem like enough to me. I am going to point out that I am not going to decide on my stance regarding deletion until the article is thoroughly finished. On one hand, it's entirely possible that this is becomming a running gag. On the other hand, this could just be a characteristic that could simply be noted on Pom Pom's bio.
