The Cinderblock holds up the Stop Sign in Strongbadia. According to the email "2 years," he will dump Stop Sign in September of 2005, as evidenced by this letter:
Dear Stopsign, You are a stopsign and I am a cinderblock. Therefore I think we should break up. I hope we can still be's friends. -Cinderblock
There were big plans for another cinderblock holding up some other sign, possibly "No Way", but once the Thnikkaman came, all plans were forgotten, as seen in the email "monument."
