Muchas gracias for the Spanish edits to the Subtitle Character names. Having not actually conversed in Spanish for years, and then only a bit, I never really peeked through the names, but your edits seem to be much better. A few questions, though. 1) Limozeena? Would the band name have to be altered? Or is the Spanish word limosina? 2) Why "Hombre Fuerte" for "Strong Man", not "Hombre Enojado"? 3) Li'l Strong Bad - would "Fuerto Malo Pico" capture the "li'l" better? 01:46, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Hey there, Tehleet. Good jorb with the Spanish subtitles! At least I think so, I wouldn't know if they're correct ;-) Please note that there should be a subtitles template at the top of each subtitles script, like so. Keep up the good work! 21:18, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Hey Tehleet, let me echo the above users' thanks for working on the Spanish subtitles. I have one suggestion — I noticed that you deleted the subtitles for Homestar Presents: Presents when you began working on them (). Instead of doing that, you could copy the text into an external editor (like Notepad), make your changes, and then overwrite the the text on the wiki. That way, in the (admittedly unlikely) event that someone wants to watch that toon while you're editing the subtitles, they'll still have the old version available to them. Hope this helps, and thanks again for your work on the subtitles! 02:53, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

:Yup. I was born and raised in a border town. I am very good with Spanish and English. Except for a missing comma now and then, but most of the time those are trivial. Even though, I don't "Translate" I "Localize" I don't translate directly, but I instead change some wordings to appeal spanish speaking viewers. Like what I did with Decemberween (which I changed to Diciembridad, which has same meaning, but better localization). Don't worry, the translations are in good hands. ::Sweet :-) I was just wondering. My Spanish is only good enough to spot extremely bad translations, so I had no idea if you knew what you're doing ;-) Keep up the good work! 22:48, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

Glad to have more native speakers aboard! As much as I'd like to help countless hours with the translations, my busy schedule precludes me from doing that (I shouldn't even be checking my watchlist at all tonight.) But I digress, I just wanted to note that you had a few minor things in an article. I noticed you were going over lots of pages a little quickly (in my opinon), and I just wanted to ask that you try to be as meticulous as possible in your verifications before removing the tag. When the templates were originally created, I started noticing a few of the translations had noticeable errors or what I considered subtle mistranslations in them and wanted to go through all of them. That is why I added the template to virtually every spanish translation article there was. (I didn't do that with German or French since their respective article creators I knew to be native speakers.) So be aware that many of the translations may still be pretty good but might still have minor unnoticeable errors. Again, thank you for your hard work! --Stux 02:15, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Reworking subtitles

Hey Tehleet, let me echo the above users' thanks for working on the Spanish subtitles. I have one suggestion — I noticed that you deleted the subtitles for Homestar Presents: Presents when you began working on them ([1]). Trey56 02:53, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
