The distinguishable ones
Perhaps we could also make a list of announcers whose voices have appeared more than once, like the Cheat Commandos one, the one during the Balding Man scenes, etc. It might look something like this:
Cheat Commandos announcer — Cheat Commandos, Cheat Commandos...O's, pizzaz
Profit(?) announcer — Senor Mortgage, Senorial Day, theme song
Caption announcer — radio, secret recipes
