"Where is Tompkins? Where is Cole Slaw?"
Papa Cardgage's PUDDIN' PATCH is a 24-hour daycare that seems to be run by Senor Cardgage. The building is a concrete restroom in the middle of a barren landscape, surrounded by barbed wire, with cartoon images painted on the walls. In front of the building, within the barbed wire fence, is a children's toy similar to a Big Wheel, as well as a crime scene outline of a body on the ground.
