The relationship between the eldest and youngest of the brothers strong is mostly antagonistic. Usually at Strong Bad's urging Strong Mad will pummel, deck or otherwise harm Strong Sad. However they had several friendlier moments.

Strong Mad harming Strong Sad

• The Best Decemberween Ever and Homestar Presents: Presents — Strong Sad gets locked in the bathtub over Decemberween by his brothers.
• Email theme park — Stong Mad continually body slams into Strong Sad as part of the "Strong Sad Gets Decked Repeatedly Stunt SPOOK-tacular".
• Email stunt double — Strong Mad punches Strong Sad (as Strong Bad's stunt double) in the face.
• Email date — Strong Mad punches Strong Strong Sad in the face with camera ring until Strong Sad has a visible fist imprint for Strong Bad's amusment.
• Email senior prom — Strong Mad along with Strong Bad and the Cheat attempt to crash the prom Strong Sad is attending.
• Halloween Potion-ma-jig — Strong Mad, along with Strong Bad and The Cheat bury Strong Sad up to his armpits.

• Email caper — Strong Mad and Strong Sad clap in tune to Strong Bad's song. (For much longer than nessesary at Strong Mad's urging).
• Email pet show — Both help The Cheat prepare for the Cat Mess Inbredtational Pet Show.
• Email fan club — Strong Mad is part of Strong Sad's Deleteheads Strong Bad fan club.
• Place ya bets! — Strog Mad makes bets along with Strong Sad.
