[edit] Hitting Enter too soon?
I'm pretty sure that's NOT possible when editing a Media Wiki page, unless you hit tab first then enter. Might want to change it to "Hit Submit Too Soon Man strikes again!" to be a little more... better. —ColdReactive 22:15, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Chilling with the spelling.
I'm perfectly chilled. You just didn't get the references I've been making. Seriously though, it HAS been a bit off-putting that almost every edit you make has these horrible spelling mistakes. Editing the wiki is not a race. Take your time, make sure everything looks right, run a spellcheck on all of your edits, (or even edit in a browser with built in error highlighting) and everything will be just fine. Deal? deal. Talk atcha later. (P.S. Regardless of your spelling, I won't really throw a brick through your dad's windshield. windshield.) — Defender1031*Talk 22:00, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
- K'. So I'll run my edits through a spellcheck from now on. Guybrush20X6 22:05, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
- I appreciate it. I think you do some great work, most of the references you add to pages are spot on, and your idea for the bubs page was phenomenal, so yeah, keep up the good work, and let's see it be even gooder. Er... more... more better. — Defender1031*Talk 22:09, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Your user space
Generally, editing other users' pages is frowned upon except for fixing things like syntax errors and replacing disallowed templates and what not. As such, inviting other users to edit part of your user page seems like a violation of this rule. I would recommend that you move the information to a subpage (like User:Guybrush20X6/Songs not in Albums), which you may permit other users to edit. Several of our users have such subpages, and the information in question seems to belong on a subpage anyway rather than your main user page. Thanks for understanding. The Knights Who Say Ni

- Didn't think it'd take off so fast, I'll migrate it over.--Guybrush20X6 00:37, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
[edit] A previous main page where Homestar catches fire, you say?
Perhaps you were thinking of this one? --Jay (Gobble) 18:34, 13 January 2021 (UTC)
- Bingo! No wonder I had trouble finding it. I was clicking through the "official" ones. Thanks. Thought I got Mandela effected. Guybrush20X6 19:37, 13 January 2021 (UTC)
[edit] Social Media filenames
Thanks for uploading File:241208 BlueSkyPost.jpg and getting started on the Bluesky article! I wanted to reach out about the filename - although it's good you mentioned Bluesky in the filename, sometimes (maybe onetimes) TBC will crosspost the same image across different pages and/or we'll reuse an image in another article beyond the social media log. In that case it's nicer to have a slightly more descriptive filename than just the date of upload, for instance something like "Lectric-Boots-Ad_bsky.jpg" (see my uploads of File:TrogdorSFX Instagram.jpg or File:ZeenBagel Instagram.jpg) would've been better in this case. Something to keep in mind... thanks for your contributions, and keep on keepin' on! -- Bleu Ninja 06:59, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
