Stickly Man is an oblique reference to The Poopsmith, whatwith his habit of shoveling piles of pudding and he is also a parody of the stick figure in the "Under Construction" logo used on many unfinished web pages. He is featured in the 20X6 style short "Under Construction" and is named "Stickly Man" by Stinkoman.
Stickly Man challenges Stinkoman to combat, and proceeds to unleash his best stick-fu, just like in Xiao Xiao.
