According to the Easter egg in Nighttime Driving Type Game, Strong Bad's room is in the basement of the house. This is confirmed in nightlife, when Strong Bad is preparing to go to Club Technochocolate and Strong Sad enters his bedroom from The Basement. On the other hand, in Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People Strong Bad's room is on the first floor rather than in the basement. It's also known that Strong Bad makes his Teen Girl Squad episodes in this room according to Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People.
