((1) isn't the second "check the" just the beginning of other places sb was thinking to ask the judges to check, instead of "the east german's pants" every time? (2) this phrasing seems to fit better.)

West Retch-Your-Vick

In politics the terms East and West before a name refers to the region being divided in two. Occasionally in the Homestar Runner Universe these words are put before other words, often in strange ways.
