Kirby is a popular Nintendo character created by Masahiro Sakurai, and has been referenced several times in the Homestar Runner body of work.

- Email pom pom — Pom Pom beats up Strong Bad with a fighting style similar to Kirby's in the Super Smash Bros. series.
- Bug in Mouth Disease — In the gaming room used as the background of "Who Shot Caleb?", the cartridge in the NES is that of Kirby's Adventure.
- Twenty THANXty Six — Pan Pan inhales 1-Up and Stinkoman the same way Kirby inhales enemies to copy their powers.
