- Revenge of the King — When lowered into the vat of butter after losing the game, the King of Town says, "The punishment is not too bad, eh?", referring to a line from "Beerhunter", a routine on the Bob & Doug McKenzie Great White North album where the "punishment" for opening a non-shaken beer is to drink it.

- Decemberween Dangeresque — French-Canadian villain Stingy Relenque (played by Homestar Runner) wears a maple leaf on his shirt instead of the star.
