Old-Timey Strong Bad's Telegramophone is an electrical telegraph that Old-Timey Strong Bad uses in his Telegraph Room to receive and answer telegrams from fans, akin to Strong Bad Emails. He is often asked: "How do you manage the telegramophone whilst wearing gentleman's sport gloves?", much to his frustration.

It is produced by Supra Modern Telegram; however, the Telegramophone's model is not specified. Its name is a portmanteau of "telegram" and "telephone".

In garage sale, Strong Bad attempts to sell it for $50, among other items.
