Jacob Slutsky is a 3-D animator credited on the strongbad_email.exe DVD set.
Slutsky is a VFX artist, frequently working on compositing computer-generated imagery into live-action shots. This can be seen in his short animation Day at the Park, an Easter egg on strongbad_email.exe Disc Three. According to the shotlist previously available on his website, he handled most if not all aspects of creating the short — from filming the live-action backgrounds through modeling and integrating the animated characters. A few seconds from the short were included as part of his 2006 reel.
