The current Toons menu

The menu in which all the Toons are listed on a TV Guide-like ("TV time") booklet.

Easter Eggs

• By placing the mouse over the tape "The Joy of Painting" you will see a small clip of Marzipan dolled up as Bob Ross painting with a palette knife.
• Clicking on the top left corner of the T.V. Guide will close it and show one of four different covers.
  • Cover 1
    • Picture -- The entire HSR cast. (except Homsar)
    • Title -- Homestar Runner and Company: Eating Pie and Getting Doppy
  • Cover 2
    • Picture -- Homestar Runner.
    • Title -- Homestar Runner: Ummm ... Seriously
  • Cover 3
    • Picture -- Strong Bad
    • Title -- Strong Bad: The Last Great Guy?
  • Cover 4
    • Picture -- Strong Mad & The Cheat
    • Title -- Strong Mad & The Cheat: The Next Bosom Buddies?
• By placing the mouse over "Strong Bad Email" and holding it there for a short while, you will see Strong Bad sitting at the Tandy soundlessly checking his email, receiving the following message:

Dear Strong Bad,
I drank too much salty plum soda.

-Stu

to which Strong Bad replies "No such thing, Stu. No such thing."

Fun Facts

Trivia

• The toons menu layout changed on June 22, 2004, and divided all the toons into eight categories. You can see the old version here. It displayed Strong Bad Email, Marzipan's Answering Machine, and Teen Girl Squad in a section called Features. Powered by The Cheat and Puppet Stuff were listed under Shorts.
• Pressing the Back button will always take you to Main Page 4.
• Homestar Runner's T.V. is called Tee Bee.
• During the sample of The Reddest Radish on the T.V, Strong Bad jumps and spins. He does not do this in the actual toon.

Glitches

• Sometimes, on older computers, when clicking "toons, shorts or holiday" it does not open the TV guide, so you can still click on the cover to open it. All it shows is a blank page with the title "Dennis" on it.

Real-World References

• The Joy of Painting easter egg is a reference to the PBS program of the same name, starring painter Bob Ross.
