Yes it is there, actually.  You have to resize your browser window to make it much wider than it is tall, and you have to view the Flash file, not the HTML page.  You will see a counter count from 0 to 25 in small black type to the left of the top part of the privacy policy window.  After Homestar leaves, it goes back to 0 and stays at 0. --[[User:71.244.185.34|71.244.185.34]] 00:53, 12 Sep 2005 (UTC)

This needs a screenshot. -- AgentSeethroo

Well, I added a screenshot. It's of when Homestar says "Boring!". -woddfellow2 14:52, 2 Nov 2004 (MST)

Counter?

I don't see a "counter" counting down to when Homestar comes in. Perhaps it's my browser (Safari 1.2.4 on Mac OS X 10.3.6), but everything else seems to be the same on the entire H*R site. --oddtodd 14:31, 17 Nov 2004 (MST)

Viewing the whole thing works...

"You cannot view the entire terms of use unless you switch to text mode, highlight the text with your mouse, or use the scroll wheel on your mouse. In the normal legal page, the terms of use stops a couple of lines before Jurisdictional Issues. If you switch to text mode, highlight the text, or use a scroll wheel, you can see the entire terms of use including the Jurisdictional Issues section."

Seems to work fine for me. I can drag the Flash scroll bar and see the full text (the only other way I can think of than the above) and this works under both Safari 2.0 and Firefox 1.0.4. Did this issue get fixed on the h*r site?
