Stickly Man is an oblique reference to The Poopsmith, his habit of shoveling piles of pudding and a parody of the stick figure in the "Under Construction" logo used on many unfinished web pages. He is featured in the 20X6 style short "Under Construction" and is named "Stickly Man" by Stinkoman.
