It is made up of an incredibly large number of minions. They are always defeated by the elite fighting force The Cheat Commandos. It is not explained how 10 The Cheats can defeat a massive army. The Blue Laser minions wear blue bodysuits with the Blue Laser emblem on the chest. They have head visors and a blue patches on one their arms. Just about every sentence they say ends in "sir", whether or not it is actually addressed to a man.
