Anime is the popular Japanese cartoons, which has made several appearences in some toons.
Appearances
- Pikachu, one of the most well-know anime character from the show Pokémon, has appeared in several toons.
- Email japanese cartoon — Strong Bad's "Stinkoman" character resembles the old fashion anime cartoons. This trend continues throughout all other 20X6 toons.
- TrogdorCon '97 — Strong Sad mentions he was going to buy some "anime", which Strong Bad refers to as the outdated name "japanimation".
- On a related note, Homestar Runner is planning to buy manga (which he mispronounces), the comic book which inspires many pieces anime.
