Even though Cinder Block speaks and writes, he is not listed as part of the population of Strong Badia.

While true, why does it need to be noted? It's too obvious, and anyone who will watch anything that involves Strongbadia or who's seen the stop sign will note it.
What about Strong Bad, Strong Mad and The Cheat? They're obvious Strongbadia members, but they aren't listed in the population.

Proposed revision:

Even though the Cinder Block and the Stop Sign have as much personality as the Tire, they are not listed on the population of Strong Badia.

There are other "residents" of Strongbadia that aren't on the Stop Sign. But a revision should NOT be made to include them, either!
- On the other hand, the other "residents" never wrote letters to each other.
  - So? And don't assume I was talking about only inanimate objects.
