Many times, objects are specifically (and often awkwardly) pointed out to be real or actual when it's plainly obvious that they are not.

Examples

  • Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 6.0Strong Bad insists that his girlfriend is real, over and over again.
  • Email credit card — The writers of the email "promise that [they] are real and not just trying to steal [Strong Bad's] money."
